WHO ARE WE?
In 2015, Andreas Taphorn called “Don” founded the company Don Performance in the smallest state of the republic, Bremen. But everything started differently:
For many years Don repaired electronic components for cars and developed systems for well-known German car manufacturers. But after work, Don was drawn more and more in the direction of his hobby and passion: motorcycles. Don himself has been riding a Harley for quite a few years and was surrounded by motorcycle repair shops. But one thing never let him go. His Harley was missing something! Performance! An engine that runs rounder, more thrust from below. He was not alone with the problem and after many conversations with like-minded people Don thought, why not combine my passion with the knowledge from the automotive industry and get out of the engine what is possible!
That was the beginning and the birth of Don Performance!

Our vision was to develop the most comprehensive tuning tool for Harley-Davidson®️, which offers more than just adjusting values in the ECU. Our goal was to develop the Don Tuner so that it not only increases performance quickly and efficiently, but can do much more!
Mission
Quality and optimized performance are the goals of Don Performance. For this purpose, we use our own German developers and engineers with experience in the bike business and motorsports in the development and production and offer our dealers and customers mappings that are optimally tailored to the requirements.
